Trinity Consultant's Southern California (Irvine) office assists local and nationwide clients in performing the following environmental services on an ongoing basis: emission inventories and reporting to various agencies, permitting, regulatory compliance support, periodic audits, EMS and EMIS implementation, GHG and climate change inventory and reporting, on-site staffing assistance, agency negotiations, NSR Title V and PSD and minor permitting strategies and applications, meteorological data evaluations and ambient dispersion modeling, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans (SPCC), industrial wastewater permits, stormwater permits and plans, environmental due diligence assessment, Hazardous Material Business Plans, risk management (CalARP and EPA RMP), health risk assessment, and periodic reporting for various rule compliance.
Led by the Irvine office, Trinity is one of the most active and largest Verification Body with nine accredited verifiers (eight lead verifiers and one verifier) under California Air Resources Board (ARB), covering all applicable industry sectors. The Irvine office handles more than 40 GHG verification projects annually. In addition, the Irvine office has expertise in California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Initial Studies for industrial operations throughout California.
