Combustion Specialty
Trinity provides guidance and expertise in the regulatory requirements for combustion of hazardous wastes, non-hazardous wastes, and secondary materials. These regulations are designed to ensure that waste combustion does not harm public health or the environment.
Trinity has been involved in industry and regulatory work groups for these regulations since their inception decades ago, and through each new regulation that has been enacted since. We continuously work with facilities to ensure critical implementation plans are developed and ongoing compliance is maintained. Consequently, we are uniquely able to help facilities navigate the solid and hazardous waste provisions of a RCRA Part B permit as well as the various National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAPs) such as the Hazardous Waste Combustor MACT (HWC MACT) or the Commercial and Industrial Solid Waste Incinerator Rule (CISWI).
